- Press Windows+L to open Settings
- Select Network & Internet
- From the left window pane, click on Mobile hotspot
- Turn on Share my Internet connection with other devices option from the right edge of the screen
By default, Windows will provide a network name along with a password; however, you can change the details if you want. To do so,
- Enter the desired network name and password within Edit network info pop-up window option
- Click Save
